In the Salieri works on this program, Elly Ameling sings 'Non temer' from the opera 'La fiera de Venezia' (one of 50 operas Salieri composed); and the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra performs the overture to 'Prima la musica e poi le parole' and the Concerto in C Major for Flute and Oboe. The orchestra's Mozart selections: the Piano Concerto No. 24 in C Minor (featuring Horacio Gutierrez); the concert aria 'Voi avete un corfedele' (featuring Ameling); the overture to 'Der Schauspieldirektor'; the Symphony No. 35 in D Major ('Haffner') and the recently discovered Symphony in A Minor, reputedly the first symphony Mozart composed.

In the Salieri works on this program, Elly Ameling sings 'Non temer' from the opera 'La fiera de Venezia' (one of 50 operas Salieri composed); and the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra performs the overture to 'Prima la musica e poi le parole' and the Concerto in C Major for Flute and Oboe. The orchestra's Mozart selections: the Piano Concerto No. 24 in C Minor (featuring Horacio Gutierrez); the concert aria 'Voi avete un corfedele' (featuring Ameling); the overture to 'Der Schauspieldirektor'; the Symphony No. 35 in D Major ('Haffner') and the recently discovered Symphony in A Minor, reputedly the first symphony Mozart composed.
