LARadio Comes to an End

I saw the news in the trades too and was surprised because I thought it had closed several years ago (and again a few years before that).

It was a good run.

laradio.com was the only website I went to for my radio news. Are there any other websites dedicated to L.A. radio? If not, what other websites in general can I go to? (besides this one, of course)

RadioInsight, AllAccess, Inside Radio, RadioOnline, RadioWorld, RadioInk, RBR, etc. WorldRadioHistory, which has all kinds of old trade magazines and other publications digitized is also a super helpful reference site.

LARadio.com was a daily must read. Don Barrett is a great guy and was always very kind to me whenever I got "rightsized" or had something else to share. I will miss the site, as there really is no other news outlet for LA Radio. Enjoy life in Avila Don!

A new Facebook page has been started about LA radio to replace laradio.com. So Cal Radio People
