90.7 "UAB INFO" radio

A friend of the website sent me a screenshot of a radio tuned to 90.7 near Brookwood Hospital recently, showing "UAB INFO" on the display on 90.7 MHz. There's nothing licensed there so I assume this is some sort of part 15 broadcast, maybe for coronavirus testing? Anyone heard it?

That's exactly what it is. The FCC has approved UAB hospital to run a low-power station on 90.7 to provide in-car information for Covid testing. Approval was via correspondence, it will not be in the regular database. Been on since March of this year.

From the post before mine, "Approval was via correspondence, it will not be in the regular database."

UAB was promoting a safe app for Covid information and hotspots (the advertised it on our stations) They probably ran a loop informing listeners the app was available and shared Covid testing and stats.
