I am guessing that the unit is not in the US and sending it to Orban would involve customs, expensive shipping and possibly duties on the return of the unit.

There is a passcode reset procedure for the 8200, but it involves setting a button inside the unit (on card #9) and requires an extender card.

If you are able to access the Orban website, you can download 8200 documentation from their ftp site. The instructions for passcode reset are in Section 5 of the manual.
