Conan leaving TBS for HBO Max

Yeah we could see that coming. Is there's anything else Warner can put behind a paywall?

I can see this happening more. As providers look to get away from traditional services to streamers. The market will dictate what becomes the standard service going forward.

The over-the-top services cease to be a bargain when there are so many that you need subscriptions to more than a dozen of them to get everything you want to watch. Warner and the others, of course, are banking that the end users' addiction to programming will override common sense.

Providers are losing money as people are cutting the cord. This is the new model.

I have a few that fall into that category but Conan isn't one. I wouldn't watch him for free.

But I still laugh at Craig Ferguson & Geoff.

I just finished Ferguson's latest book. Is his version of the Late Late Show (2005-14) streaming on one of the OTT services? I still go back to my old DVR to watch the shows I recorded 6-8 years ago and have seen him live. An insightful and talented comedian.

As its owned by World Wide Pants I doubt it's streaming anywhere.

Other than Johnny Carson on a few services like Pluto TV, and some episodes of Dick Cavett on Shout Factory TV, there isn't much else in the way of late night talk shows on streaming services. I'd like to be able to see episodes of Letterman and Leno, but all there is is clips on You Tube. Considering that there is Nosey, a streaming service that carries daytime talk shows, it would make sense to have something similar with late night talk shows, but it hasn't happened yet.

Tons of full episodes of Craig are available on our favorite video website, that starts with a Y and ends with a 'Tube'. Gosh that show was amazing. All of his puppets, Geoff, and the sketches. I seriously think without Carpool Karaoke, Corden wouldn't have lasted one year at 12:37am.

Corden is much funnier than Seth Myers. His show works for some reason.
