The IFT just dropped November 4 meeting notes indicating it approved an HD subchannel for XHLTN-FM Tijuana. This is the first time I've been aware they've been approved for HD. Is it operating, and if so, is the subchannel on?

(The sub is almost certainly Imagen Radio/talk; Imagen did this in 2019 with its grupera station in Hermosillo.)
