Raul Brindis and Pepito.

But I have always wondered why Raul Brindis started using the Squirrel character more than Pepito. And even changed the name for the program to simply naming the Show
El show de Raúl Brindis. When before it was Wl
show de Raul Brindis y Pepito. Well this morning I’m hearing the Pepito character being used more than normally used. They normally use him only for that CHUNTAROLIGIA segment.
But even though he’s being used more this morning they are limiting from calling him Pepito. They simply are calling him MUCHACHO, did Raul stop using the name for some legal reason?

Didn't he "out" a gay coworker on the air? That's a big no-no in today's super sensitive and overreactive society. If he were to do something similar today, he would be cancelled faster than Centro Cristiano format.

Brindys generally takes three weeks off at Christmas time. More than likely that what you are hearing are "best of" pre-records.

There are other characters that are real, but several are just Raúl playing the part.

Now that you mentioned that, I guess it’s true. Hadn’t paid much attention to the introduction, he usually starts his show saying good morning, says the date and says how many days left till the end of the year. And these days he hasn’t said that.
