Beasley Has VP of Talent

So here's a story for those of you who say the big radio companies don't invest in local talent. Beasley Media now has a person who oversees local talent development and training.

So, I should just ignore the fact they are wacking DJ jobs left and right?

Who is "they?" Some companies are, some companies aren't. That's my point.

The job of local talent has changed. Unfortunately some local talent don't understand that. They need to learn the new role they play in station operations and in their communities. If they don't, they will become obsolete.
