Try these links for Florida SDR's
The clock display changes back and forth between UTC and local time at the SDR location. In the case of Florida, the latter would be Easterrn Standard Time.
The site at: Wideband shortwave radio receiver map is my favorite, it shows a map of available receivers.
The different WebSDRs are generally located at people's own houses, so they do come and go with power outages, internet dropouts or simply because the owner doesn't want to run the receiver 24/7 on their home internet line.
Not all of the remote SDRs tune the medium wave band, or if it does, there may be too much local noise to make it useable on MW.
All the KiwiSDR ones seem to tune across the spectrum, but you're right, some are useless on MW with local noise, some have inappropriate antennas for MW and some have a filter in place to reject the MW broadcast band. The Hong Kong one actively rejects all local MW stations in software for some reason, with a "blank" on their channels and ~5kHz up and down. There are others that seem to have their antenna unplugged for some reason and receive absolutely nothing.
I take my hat off to anyone who runs one of these SDRs, I would do so myself but I have poor quality home internet, live in an unremarkable location reception-wise with a lot of local MW noise and a not particularly interesting selection of local MW stations. There's an existing (very good) receiver about 20 miles from me, so the area is "covered".
