Kggi has been on for a long time since 2014 its says radio Disney country 99.1 fm on the Wikipedia om not sure which vicinity it was licensed to if kggi is the station licensed to Los Angeles on 99.1 fm.I'm on the L.A SDR on Global Tuner
Only getting KGGI on 99.1
The transmitter covered Arcadia and the immediate surrounding area. The 60 dbu signal covers less than 100,000 people in a metro with roughly 14 million inhabitants.Kggi has been on that frequency for LA since 2014 so im confused as to what region this radio Disney country 99.1 fm was on in even though it said it was on in LA that doesnt make sense to me though.
Im sorry I went to type a reply and accidentaly hit the report button. I was asking if you knew what the market share for radio Disney fm signal was for December or did it not even register enough to have that data? The transmitter covered Arcadia and the immediate surrounding area. KGGI is in the Riverside / San Bernardino market. It's 60 dbu does not even touch LA County. There is no overlap.
FM translators are not listed separately by Nielsen. Any ratings are for the AM and they include the translator, too. KDIS has not shown for at least the last 5 years.Im sorry I went to type a reply and accidentaly hit the report button. The iheart stream is still up but the app website is down. Apparently gone. There is no stream on the radio Disney website page only the Iheartradio page I dont have the app can anyone report on if the radio Disney app is still running?
In 10 Years EMF & VCY going to own every FM & AMChristian Broadcaster VCY America could be a likely candidate as the new owner. They're entering the San Francisco, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas markets at a true bargain. Even on AM and FM Translator, adding LA to their California folder would be icing on the cake.
