Trying to remember a show/host on K-Otter FM 94.9

Trying to identify an old show that was on

K-Otter FM 94.9

396 Buckley Rd., #2
San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

Host was a guy Lauren/Loren overnights 12am-6am - circa 1993/4

Call-in# was 805 927 3001

I tried to get info from the current owner, but they are 2 or 3 owners since and doesn't have any info.

Do you mean KPYG 94.9 (K-PIG) Cambria? that's the only 94.9 on the Central Coast, Dimes Media Corp.

All I know is I looked up the call in number and references to it back in the 90s point to that name.

Dimes is who I talked to and who said that was the name 2 or 3 companies ago.

I remember that station back in the early 90s, Studios are in Cambria, I have family that lived there back then, they had the same unique Triple A format back then as they do now, Just don't remember the name and don't remember Loren.

I never heard the station, but heard OF it. I heard that Tom Miller, a concert promoter from the Monterey Bay area, was somehow involved. It looks like he's still around - or at least was in 2017:

I do remember seeing a very cool T-shirt with a graphic of a person with a long, sharp nose made out to look like a needle, playing a record. It said "KOTR - Where music is played by humans"
