Please bring back Mega

Please bring back Mega it can be on HD-3 with 102.7 still on HD-2, not a big fan of 102.7.

I believe a KBPA employee is reading these forums, maybe they can provide some updates?

As for 102.7 isn't it on another HD signal already?

They had 102.7 also on 107.1 HD-2 how ever their HD signal has been off for a while, as well as KGSR's HD signal.

Wow you know what?
"Primary Station: KGSR CEDAR PARK TX"

That means 102.7 must be relaying an HD signal of KGSR not KBPA. So it's not right with the FCC if it's relaying an HD signal that isn't their primary station right? Another reason for Mega to come back.

I suppose this could’ve changed with changes to the licensing system and such, but the FCC's records on translators and which stations were being relayed used to frequent run behind. Also, translators don’t have to immediately notify the FCC when they change primary stations. I don't know exactly what the required timeframe is, but it seems, if it has permission and is within specs, it has quite a bit of leeway.

I see now KLBJ is in HD, but they are re broadcasting no control radio which is on KGSR HD3, they should re broadcast KLBJ-AM on KLBJ-FM HD-2 instead of 2 of the same.

Why would Waterloo rebroadcast KLBJ AM on KLBJ FM HD2 when KLBJ AM is already on 99.7, which is more readily accessible than any HD 2+ station? Makes no sense.

Or they can bring back Mega.
Dude, you've got to get over your unhealthy obsession with Mega/Dance music. The dance format is not a sellable format, which is why no one does it. Put a CD of 2 Unlimited in your CD player and put it on repeat - you'll be all set.

With that being said of KLBJ-am on KLBJ-FM HD-2 people outside the Austin area would be able to listen to KLBJ on FM and be more clear sound than analog AM.

I hope this stays, I am hearing Mega back on KGSR HD 3 :)
