KNAZ Olympic Issues

Things have been going smoothly especially since KPNX moved from Rf 12 to Rf 18.
Despite numerous heavy thunderstorms, rain and hail, the audio and video
have been nearly perfect..... until today. Currently, there is a normal signal
on Rf 22 but no audio or video. Unable to contact KPNX engineering directly.
Does anyone have an email address or telephone number????
Thanks!!!!

didnt look too hard did you?

then click email us, then technical questions.

Actually, I contacted KPNX as above but if you read my email carefully,
I asked for a "direct" email or telephone number to the engineering
department.

Direct emails arent often publish, partly because spammers can harvest them easily

Whats the problem with using a form?

I have the emails and/or telephone to most every other engineering dept
in Phoenix television. Using the form obviously doesn't work too well
as KNAZ is still having issues more than 48 hours after submission....
I've frequently received calls from engineers while they work on antennas
and/or transmitters for signal/picture/audio quality feedback. I hope
that answers your question about forms.............and since you obviously
don't have anything worthwhile to add to my original question.

After a brief call to KPNX engineering, they found the issue and effected
repairs..... KNAZ and translator K06AE-D are back up and running perfectly!
YEA!!!!!!!
