Dance Radio in Chicago is Alive and Well!

Was very pleased to hear the following stations on HD1 and HD2 in Chicago airing Dance Hits during a recent stay there -

92.7 HD1 - Dance Factory - Nights
96.3 HD2 - Channel Q 24/7
103.1 HD1 - Dance music - Nights
103.5 HD2 - Pride Radio 24/7
107.5 HD2 - an unknown feed of EDM 24/7

Amazing to have that much dance music on the terrestrial airwaves. Last time I was in the area (15 years ago), the only option was Dance Factory 92.7 at night which was certainly better than nothing. Shows how the market's heritage with B96 and Energy 92.7/5 flows through to this day.

Really?!

Miami is more of a capital city for dance music than Chicago and yet, has less options than that!

All I got are...
  • 91.3 HD2 - WFEZ Party 91.3 HD2
  • 93.5 FM - W228BY Revolution 93.5 (also on 100.7 WHYI-HD2)
Would you consider Channel Q and Pride Radio as EDM options? I've never listened to them so I have no clue.

107.5 HD2 might be iHeart Evolution, which is mostly EDM-leaning.

Pride Radio is sort of a Dance-leaning CHR sound and Channel Q seems to have a lot of talk formatted radio with the occasional dance or pop-oriented song.

Okay cool. I have them in Miami too.
  • 96.5 HD3 - WPOW Channel Q
  • 100.7 HD3 - WHYI Pride Radio
