"Rocket 91" on 90.1?

Driving home to Rochester from a Buffalo Bisons game tonight, I was dialing around and hit on something at 90.1 that doesn't add up - a nonstop segue of rock music at 90.1 on the dial, with an occasional RDS ID of "ROCKET 91" and otherwise showing title and artist on RDS. I first noticed it around 290/263 and hung on to it very well past Transit Road on the Thruway; by Pembroke it started to get overtaken by WGMC from Rochester and was gone by Batavia.

There's a stream that seems to match at rocket91fm.com, but no actual website - the URL is just a redirect to an Icecast server, and the domain name is privately registered.

Anyone know what's up with this and who's behind it? (Feel free to DM or email me if you know and don't want to go public with it; I'm not out to bust anyone, just very curious, since we don't get much unlicensed action in these parts, save for a certain LPFM here in Rochester that's now at its second unlicensed site in three years...)

It was an active night on FM with a lot of cross-lake trop to Canada bringing in some signals that don't usually come in well on this side (I had 93.5 from Toronto almost into Rochester, CHIN-1-FM on 91.9 fighting with CKLY from Lindsay, and Fickle seems to be off the air right now in Rochester with CKSG coming in instead from Northumberland.)

fybush do you know anything about this speaking of Rocket? I saw that Remaldos did get the license? Sorry if I misspelled his last name.
I noticed that the former frequency home of WRKT ERIE PA ROCKET 101 got sold to Erie Radio company for $50,000. The tower is now located in Westfield NY. I was under the assumption it was located in Ripley NY but I could be wrong. Does anyone know anything about this and what kind of station these guys will be doing?

Rick Rambaldo and Erie Radio Company submitted a winning bid on an allocation in Westfield, NY in FCC Auction 109. Results were released in early August and Erie Radio had until August 26th to submit their down payment. Assuming they got the money in, they have until September 13th to submit their long form application. Results of the auction?

In his previous attempt to win this frequency he promised backers that he'd deliver an oldies format. BTW, there is no tower registered yet. That would be part of the application due in a couple of weeks.
