KGXG Victoria question

Went through Victoria this weekend, hadn't been in a while in the city, KGXG question. That seems odd on the coverage maps. It over rides some on K256DJ which if I didn't have a good radio I wouldn't of got it at all. KVLJ is off the air. The signal from KGXG still blows into 99.5 also.

what exactly? I don't see one here, just some random statements
 
KVLJ broadcasts when they want to.

I like DX'ing KISS out of San Antonio on 99-5, so if KVLJ disappeared into thin air, that would be alright with me.
