Hector Guevara trial commences

Yes, when it first came on it had a Barracks box. I believe that lasted afew days. Then it went to total silence

Yesterday, one side called the man who runs JoeTV channel 6 as a witness to play some sort of video recording. The judge sealed the video from public disclosure and excused the witness. Trial ended today. Everyone is waiting on the judge to announce his decision.

Final judgment entered on Friday for Sara Franco against Hector Guevara. No other details have been released and the order is sealed. Probably gonna be an appeal.

Think she got the 105.3 translator, and 2 others. At least, pretty sure it's been mentioned in this thread.

The part where someone else asked the same question and you didn’t give a smart answer.
Stop messaging me.

+713 clearly said the order was sealed. Then someone asked again what the outcome was, so +713 clarified again that the order is sealed.

That should have been the end of that.

But then, YOU ASKED AGAIN! At this point, you're just cluttering the board because you choose to ignore message board etiquette. Read the messages before you post. More times than not, your questions are already answered or can be answered by using common sense or using a process of elimination (just like your recent posts about call letters).

THE COURT ORDER IS SEALED. Only the parties involved know the judgement. What is so hard to understand about this?

Won't fillings of ownership change have to be made and then approved the FCC?
That type of approval is almost automatic. But if there is a transfer of control, even if the owner/licensee is a company, they have to file. Normally, a court decision is contingent on approval in any regulated enterprise.
