Xana HD Solutions has signed on KYJJ-FM Boardman, OR today, the first signal Auction 109 signal to sign on. With its 3 kW signal, I've already received it here in Moses Lake.
I'd agree with that. At least in the Kittitas Valley itself. I suspect the signal might be strong along I-82 between the Manastash Ridge lookout and Selah, as well as along I-90 and the Vantage Hwy headed toward Moses Lake (particularly on the east side of Ryegrass).
