The Official "Pro Wrestling on TV" thread

with the launch of this new Sports on TV section, i figure, why not start a thread on the top form of Sports Entertainment, Pro Wrestling. the only sport that is pretty much 100% fixed. this is gonna be the catch all thread for all things Pro wrestling, from Wrestler's injury, TV news like ratings, the actual news of the sport (except deaths, those will go to "IN MEMORIAM" as it covers the tragic side of the sport) like talents leaving companies, injuries updates, pointing out botches (yes, Botchamania episodes can be posted here to laugh at the bloopers of the fake sport and other funny things), ETC.

i'll start this thread on the topic of, "how did you like WWE NXT's reboot (aka NXT 2.0)", do you like the changes to WWE's developmental brand or do you hate it.

Calling it a "Hiatus", Sinclair has effectively canceled Ring Of Honor Wrestling, releasing all of its talent in December after it's Final Battle Pay Per View on the 11th of that month. Apparently, there will be no 'non-compete clause' and the wrestlers are free to find work after Final Battle. ROH stated in Twitter, they hope to be back with Live events in April 2022, four months after their top tier talent has no doubt signed with other companies. And in those 4 months, they are going to have a new roster of talent signed, trained, promoted and ready to go? I guess we'll see.

And also the ROH TV show basically will be reruns until April.

18 talents were let go by WWE today after they released their 3rd quarter earnings, a mixture of Main Roster and NXT roster talents, some were let go for being antivaxxers including Nia Jax (a wrestler who is a cousin to wrestler turned actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson).
