New trouble for Kimberly Ray (Kimberly & Beck)

Yeah, I can see this getting thread getting real political, real quick, and being sent to the scrapheap known as Take It Outside. But in an attempt to keep the thread media and radio oriented; the issue is one of accountability. Talk show or morning show hosts can act stunningly irresponsibly. There's usually a price to be paid for such.
 
That's a Federal offense. I believe a $5,000 fine. And a Class D felony in NY if convicted, up to 7 years in prison, minimum probation and a criminal record. Seems a high price to pay to attend a football game, but that's just me.

She got her and her partner canned twice from 2 different stations for inflammatory remarks. Now this. What's the point of constantly shooting yourself in the foot?
