Channel 10 of Wilmington was a low-power station. I believe channel 26 was previously their CBS affiliate.

And still is... as WILM-LD, but as an Independent that carries more Me-TV programs than programs as an Independent.

And yes, WJKA Channel 26 before it turned to FOX and WSFX in 1994.
