94.3 KXTM Benavides - is this a working station?

I drove close to its coverage area whilst heading to Laredo on US 59 and tuned in hoping to hear something but alas, nothing but static. This was maybe two months ago.
 
Not that surprised... Just like KHTW in Beaumont. Lopez doesn't have them on... Should sell the licenses to someone who will use them.
