From RadioInsight:
"Rocking M Media Wichita has agreed to a Consent Decree with a $7000 fine to settle the license renewal applications for six of its stations and to complete the sale of 92.3 KKGQ Newton KS to Pinnacle Media. Rocking M admitted in its license renewal applications that all six stations were silent for periods of time without STA’s filed or granted by the FCC. As part of the Consent Decree, the stations will all be given conditional one year license renewals as opposed to the usual seven year term. The other affected stations are 92.7 KWME Wellington, 97.1 KIBB Haven, 100.5 KVWF Augusta, 1130 KLEY Wellington (and translator 100.3 K262CQ Wellington), 1550 KKLE Winfield"

Last time I was in the area in 2019 I liked Flight 100.5's mix of alternative.
According to this article KVWF was playing country retransmitting another station last year, hope they put flight back on it. https://www.kansas.com/news/business/biz-columns-blogs/carrie-rengers/article250173815.html
The return of ‘Flight’ is highly unlikely. Towards the end, Allied was programming it, and after the sale collapsed, those folks all scattered to different jobs, some of which have left the industry altogether. (And don’t expect RM to do anything other than run it on the cheap. I personally know the people that own/run it...it’s just not their philosophy to air something like that themselves. Also, the frequent dead air periods will continue...I can confirm they were off air this past weekend while I was in the area.)

They're off now. 100.5 is dead air and 97.1 is off entirely. Also, 92.7's audio is just awful. It's almost like they set a microphone immediately next to an audio device playing music and called it good.

Time for the feds to fire up another investigation and strip them of their licenses. This has been an issue going on 2 1/2 years now, and could easily be remedied if they actually cared. These issues are the result of pure laziness and ignorance.

The feds aren't gonna do anything. LOL they'll realize they're lazy when they get the electric bill for 100.5 which is apparently wasting away with dead air.
What is 92.7 playing anyway?

At least 92.3 was apparently sold off.

They probably won’t. It’s a pipe dream at this point.

Last time I checked, it was an automated adult hits format with no imaging and branding. Just a legal ID at the top of the hour and that’s it.

Yep, 92.3 was sold to a WHB subsidiary and became ESPN Wichita with a couple of local programs.
