No KNBN/33? I think they were all-Spanish at this time, so maybe the DMN and the Startlegram chose not to publish the Spanish listings.

Thanks for the list.

If you're wondering why two stations closed down so early, it was because both broadcast subscription TV services (basically an OTA Home Box Office) in the evening hours. KTXA was ON TV while KTWS broadcast Preview.

Do you want me to add that on as well?
Actually, both the Morning News and Star-Telegram DID publish KNBN's listings. In two years, they were bought by Metromedia and changed its call to KDAF, which eventually became one of Fox's founding O&O stations.

Here's their SIN schedule for that day, with English translations.

7:00 Con Curso De La Tele (TV Contest)
7:30 Caras y Gestes (Faces and Gestures)
8:00 Complicadisimo (Complicated)
8:30 Val De La O Show (Valentino De La O is the full name of the host)
9:30 Burbujas (Bubbles)
10:30 Semana Deportiva (Week in Sports)
11:00 Lucha (Wrestling)
12:00 Hora de Poder (Hour of Power; likely not the Robert Schuller program)
12:30 Vida en Cristo (Life in Christ)
<<fuera del aire/off the air>>

America's Top Ten chart -

1. I Love Rock 'n' Roll - Joan Jett & the Blackhearts
2. We Got the Beat - The Go-Go's
3. Chariots of Fire - Vangelis
4. Freeze-Frame - J. Geils Band
5. Don't Talk to Strangers - Rick Springfield
6. Ebony and Ivory - Paul McCartney & Stevie Wonder
7. Do You Believe in Love - Huey Lewis & the News
8. Key Largo - Bertie Higgins
9. '65 Love Affair - Paul Davis
10. 867-5309/Jenny - Tommy Tutone
