- K27OR-D 12.x Klagetoh (KOB-TV LLC) requested and has been granted a license to cover its modification to an in-core channel. Technical specifications: Ch 27; TL 35° 40' 29" N, 109° 12' 25" W (approx. 8 mi. W of Window Rock); ERP 0.205 kw HP 1.5° EBT; HAAT 147 m (482 ft).
- K49ET-D 12.x Many Farms (KOB-TV LLC) has requested a license to cover its modification to an in-core channel. The station had completed construction in 2020 but had neglected to file for the license to cover. When the license is granted, its call sign will be K21OD-D. Technical specifications: Ch 21; TL 36° 27' 36" N, 109° 5' 35" W (Roof Butte); ERP 1 kW DA HP; HAAT 737 m (2417 ft).
- KMOH-TV 6.x (19) Kingman (TV-49 Inc.) is expected to add Story Television Network to its lineup on channel 6.4, as early as March 28. Story Television Network is the sixth network created by Weigel, owners of KMOH-TV.
- KOLD-TV 13.x (32) Tucson (Gray Television Licensee LLC) has dropped Ion from channel 13.4 and has replaced it with a simulcast of CBS programming on channel 13.1.
- KEJR-LD 40.x (32) Phoenix (TV-49 Inc.) is expected to add Story Television Network to its lineup on channel 40.3, as early as March 28. KEJR is owned by Weigel.
- KLAS-TV 8.x (7) Las Vegas NV (Nexstar Media Inc.) dropped the Movies! network from channel 8.3 in favor of SportsGrid Network, a sports wagering and fantasy sports network, a joint venture between Nexstar Media and SportsGrid.
- KGHD-LD 6.x Las Vegas NV (Obidia Porras) reports that it is airing France24 programming as its only video stream.
- KPVM-LD 25.x Pahrump NV (KPVM Television Inc.) has picked up Movies! on channel 25.2, replacing ThisTV.
- KPHE-LD 44.x (16) Phoenix (Lotus TV of Phoenix LLC) has filed a notice of non-consummation, meaning that the station will not be purchased by Sovryn Holdings Inc.
- K14RK-D (38) Phoenix (Spanish Independent Broadcast Network LLC) has received FCC approval of its assignment to Good News Broadcasting Network Inc.
- KDNU-LD 7.x (30) Las Vegas NV (Craig A. Ruark) has requested to assign the station to LVNV Broadcasting LLC. The request is pending FCC approval.
- KUAT-TV 6.x (30) Tucson (AZ Board of Regents FBO UofA) requested and has been granted a six-month Engineering STA to operate at approx. 50% power due to equipment damage from a lightning strike.
- KBFY-LD 41.x (2) Yuma (KBFY LLC) has been granted its tolling request, allowing the station until May 2 to complete construction.
- KBFY-LD 41.x (2) Yuma (KBFY LLC) has been granted an Engineering STA to operate at reduced power with temporary facilities while awaiting arrival of equipment for its licensed operation. Technical specifications: Ch 2; TL 33° 3' 2" N, 114° 49' 41" W (Black Mtn.); ERP 0.59 kW DA HP; HAAT 350 m (1148 ft).
- KBFY-LD 41.x (2) Yuma (KBFY LLC) requested and has been granted a modification to its construction permit, to move to a different tower in the same electronics site. Technical specifications: Ch 2; TL 33° 3' 2" N, 114° 49' 41" W (Black Mtn.); ERP 3 kW DA CP; HAAT 380 m (1246 ft).
- KSNV 3.x (22) Las Vegas NV (KUPN Licensee LLC) requested and has been granted an Experimental STA to operate a temporary NextGen signal during the National Association of Broadcasters Show, scheduled to run April 23 - 27. The Experimental STA is requested from April 11 until May 1 and will operate from the tower shared by KSNV and KVCW. KSNV has operated a temporary NextGen signal with the same broadcast parameters in the past. Although the proposed operation is predicted to cause 80% interference to K33MJ-D Pahrump NV, it is also owned by Sinclair, so it will accept the interference. Technical specifications: Ch 33; TL 36° 0' 27" N, 115° 0' 27" W (Black Mtn.); ERP 42 kW EP 1.05° EBT; HAAT 374 m (1227 ft).
- KVCW 33.x (29) Las Vegas NV (KUPN Licensee LLC) requested and has been granted a construction permit for auxiliary facilities. Technical specifications: Ch 29; TL 36° 0' 27" N, 115° 0' 27" W (Black Mtn.); ERP 164.4 kW DA EP 1.05° EBT; HAAT 370 m (1212 ft).
- KVVU-TV 5.x (9) Las Vegas NV (Gray Television Licensee LLC) requested and has been granted permission to change to a UHF channel. Technical specifications: Ch 24; TL 36° 0' 26" N, 115° 0' 25 W (Black Mtn.); ERP 1000 kW 30% EP 0.75° EBT; HAAT 383 m (1256 ft).
- The National Association of Broadcasters requested and has been granted an Experimental STA to operate a NextGen television station during the National Association of Broadcasters Show, scheduled for April 23 - 27. Temporary authorization is requested for April 15 - 30 with a community of license of Winchester NV. Technical specifications: Ch 34; TL 36° 8' 0" N, 115° 9' 28" W (Las Vegas Convention Center); ERP 0.04 kW DA CP; HAAT -12 m (-39 ft) (3 m AGL [10 ft]).
- KGHD-LD 6.x Las Vegas NV (Obidia Porras) has been granted an Engineering STA for FM6 operation (colloquially known as a "FrankenFM"), with an analog FM signal operating at 87.75 MHz, receivable at 87.7 MHz on the FM dial.
- KEGS-LD 30.x (24) Las Vegas NV (HC2 LPTV Holdings Inc.) has been granted a displacement construction permit to broadcast on RF channel 8. The station was displaced by KVVU-TV's request to move to RF channel 24. Technical specifications: Ch 8; TL 35° 56' 46" N, 115° 2' 37" W (Arden Peak); ERP 3 kW (DA HP); HAAT 549 m (1801 ft).
- KVTE-LD 35.x Las Vegas NV (Mountain Ridge Holdings Inc.) has been granted an Engineering STA to operate at reduced power due to the need for equipment repair. The station will operate at 0.6 kW (January's update mistakenly reported 0.9 kW).
- K10RW-D Lake Havasu City (Lowcountry 34 Media LLC) has filed a request for tolling of its construction permit due to circumstances beyond its control. If granted, the station expects to be operational by May 10.
- The original construction permit for K05NJ-D Parker (Landover 2 LLC) has been dismissed and the station's call sign deleted.
- The digital flash cut request for K49KI Prescott (Pete E.M. Warren III) has been canceled, as has its proposed assignment to Sara Diaz Warren, executrix of Pete Warren's estate. The station's call sign has been deleted.
- The construction permit modification request for K41NW-D Needles CA (Tri-State Christian Radio) has been canceled. The station's call sign has been deleted.
- KGRX-LD 19.x Gila River Indian Community (Gila River Telecommunications Inc.) has submitted a request to discontinue NextGen operations and return to ATSC 1.0 broadcasting as early as April 1, citing a lack of demand for NextGen services.
- KVCW 33.x (29) Las Vegas NV (KUPN Licensee LLC) has been granted an extension of its Legal STA, allowing it to only simulcast its primary stream in NextGen format, so that it can host other stations' NextGen operations.
- KGHD-LD 6.x Las Vegas NV (Obidia Porras) has been granted a modification of its license to specify NextGen operations.
