I'd contact the stations that are silent/off-air as well as posting here. Maybe do both, but they just might fix KHHL. But then again they might let EMF fix it when they take over.

The license mod is for NCE operation. EMF is converting KHHL to non commercial, as it does with all its stations. No change in licensed facilities.
Odd how EMF will change the calls on some, but not all of the stations it acquires. For instance they never bothered to change the call of KHJK in Houston when that station was purchased (the call reflects an earlier Jack FM format.)
