Huge ad for Full Power Radio at Westfarms Mall

Went to Westfarms Mall with a buddy of mine today and there was a huge ad for Full Power Radio covering the wall in front of a vacant store front. All the Connecticut stations were listed including the ones serving the Groton/New London market which for the most part can't be picked up up here. I assume the ad was put up prior to the launch of the new R&B station 102.5 because their logo was not shown and 1470-AM was listed on the logo for The Talk of Connecticut.

I saw that big covering over a storefront months ago. I don't know how long its been there.
