107.9 Sacramento

First day of a rating period. Unless something’s changed, they start on a Thursday and end on a Wednesday.

You can launch any day, but by launching on the Thursday the rating month begins, at the end of month one, you know that all the data is attached to the new format, not the old one or the stunt.

Correct. The next monthly (April) will be delivered May 19.
Only thing is, we're already in the midst of a survey period.
May 2022 = Thursday April 28 – Wednesday May 25 (data delivery scheduled for Wed. 6/15/2022)
June 2022 = Thursday May 26 – Wednesday June 22 (data delivery scheduled for Thu. 7/14/2022)
Granted, there's not much iHeart could control schedule-wise as they had to wait for FCC paperwork to go through before they could even get the station (back) on the air. An unusual (but not unheard of) set of circumstances in this particular case.

I heard "you're listening, we're listening, everyone is listening" and "everybody loves to listen to the new 107.9" and then got bored and put something else on.

5am pacific, "KSTE-FM Sacramento... you like to listen, everyone likes to listen"

now dead air after nothing but dead air before that liner

And here I was speculating that today would be Tuesday's Gone. Maybe that's the hidden meaning. Nothing today, then they'll play that tomorrow. 😆

Hey, it’ll be brief. I was in Phoenix 26 years ago when Jerry Clifton did the “STEVE” stunt…for six months.
