FM Frequency of the Week: 107.7

Carmichael, CA

Splatter from the new 107.9 KSTE-FM

Between 2017-2022 nothing, But on Tropo when it real hot I get a faint 107.7 the Bone KSAN-FM from San Francisco

Vallejo, CA

KSAN-FM San Francisco

From Cheyenne Wyoming:
107.7 is usually riddled with splatter from KBPI, however I'll occasionally catch someone's house transmitter on the air, especially during the holiday season. They are definitely a treat to visit as they'll the music to their decorations, and I make sure to stop by every once in a while.
Here's what they looked like in October 2021. In the bottom right is a "tune to 107.7" sign:

Also, I have recieved K299AO Sterling, CO via tropo.

This will be a short one: East Tennessee: Local 91000 watt powerhouse WIVK, Knoxville. Never caught it iff the air.
Retro/other: Dayton, Ohio area: iHeart powerhouse WMMX: Dayton.

At my location, 107.7 is a weak signal from WVCY, a religious station from Milwaukee. Prone to splatter from adjacent 107.5 amd 107.9, both of which cover the Chicago metro.

Warminster PA(Philly 'burbs):

Used to hear WSNJ-FM from Bridgeton NJ until 2003, when that station went to 107.9 and became local WRNB. It is now
WPPZ, Classix 107.9. In tropo, there's WGBG-FM from Fruitland MD(Delmarva area), and a few others I don't remember.
Mostly, it's splatter from WPPZ and semi-local WBYN 107.5 from Boyertown PA(near Reading).

Central Washington

KWVN Pendleton, OR is dominant on 107.7 across most of the east side of the state. KNDD Seattle can be received in some westward facing spots in the Cascades. No sign of KWXS Bend anywhere.

in the 70’s Orlando’s rock station was progressive rock WORJ 107.7. They morphed into a carbon copy of Miami’s WINZ FM 94.9 Zeta4 in the late 70s and called it Zeta7 retaining the WORJ call letters. By 1981 it switched to WJYO Joy 108 and its been an Adult Contemporary powerhouse since 1993 as WMGF Magic 107.7. Steve Street was the PD there for a while moving to the Mt. Dora licensed station after he left WNGS in West Palm.

Central Kansas:
K299AR/McPherson, though with the right antenna positioning, KMAJ-FM/Carbondale eeks in.

North Iowa:
On certain days, a very weak reception of KICD-FM/Spencer, though an occasional reception of K299AL/Albert Lea can eek in depending on conditions/antenna positioning.

(South) San Jose, California

Weak 8.9kW KSAN, with an average signal measurement of 52.8 dBuV/m. Very difficult to get without static indoors. Height above average terrain (HAAT) is 1161'.

Impressively from south Wichita, it's KRXO/OKC. Rarely is it ever really 100% listenable, but isn't impossible to hear daily, even with rimshot KWLS at 107.9.

KMAJ/Carbondale-Topeka also sneaks itself in.

Hartland, VT:
W299AM, Lebanon NH, translator for active rock WFRD Hanover NH. Not far apart, but the translator is needed to cover areas blocked by terrain.

Meriden, CT:
Nothing.
