Correct, but the nighttime pattern is not authorized during the day as it beams towards the Bay Area, home of KNEW 960. You have to protect 1st adjacent stations during the day. Those rules do not apply at night.

Looks like they filed for STA on 5/11 to operate ND at 1.25kw. One of their towers collapsed due to vegetation clearing which severed the guy wires.

I guess that explains some diminished nighttime reception, although improved during the day. As a sometimes insomniac, I will tune in Doug Stephen who will put me to sleep.
