Noticed WTTV-TV channel 4 Bloomington, IN and WXIX-TV channel 19 Newport, KY on the lineup. Was WXIX also a regional superstation at the time?

As for Louisville proper, I know channels 11 and 32 would swap networks later on.

WXIX was pretty much a regional "superstation", though I'm not sure they billed themselves that way. They did get carried on cable basically everywhere in Kentucky north of I-64, as well as in Huntington and Charleston WV, and in Columbus and Dayton. They were one of the Metromedia stations (ancestor to Fox) and were very much a "go-to" station for movies. WXIX was one of the better independents around at that time. Now they're just another Fox affiliate.

At one time they even enjoyed 50%+ viewership in Boyd County KY (Ashland), the only station outside of the Charleston-Huntington market to have that kind of penetration.
