Been dead for a while now .. Chris was claiming he was taking it back but I heard that he was unable to
Oh ye of inaccurate information....my FCC attorney is poised with the Involuntary xfer of control in his hand..Carlos has been given 5 days to file himself..if not, my attorney is filing and my other lawyer will be filing on other issues. It ain't over till this fat boy sings...don't know who you talked to but obviously they don't know jack ..or feces .

Why would someone buy a station and just sit on the license not using it? Seems like a waste of money...
Lots of reasons.
1. No studio lease. Need time to move.
2. Lost transmitter site or not included in sale. Need time to find site, get CP and build
3. EPA and permit problems with transmitter site.
4. Some kind of dispute with seller.
5. Operational financing fell through.
6. COVID illness by the buyer.
7. Bought a junk stations that had way more issues than expected..
Fcc doesn’t get involved in civil matters from what I understood once the license was transferred your shit out of luck .. so let’s see best of luck to you but I asked a few attorneys and they all seem to agree that the deal is done

Contrary to what somebody is spreading on Facebook, I have nothing to do with the station being on the air without legal IDs. I understand the FCC is already been notified... No skin off my nose 😂

They haven’t been on the air in months. I’ve driven by the site in Lumberton and they weren’t on the air. Unless putting out 1 watt that is unlistenable anywhere counts for anything.

Correction - they seem to be on this morning. Currently playing Lindsey Buckingham’s “Trouble”. Sounds like classic hits like in the old KLLS days.

All that needs to happen is Continuous Wave gets it back so it lasts. LOL Trouble isn't a bad tune.
Hope that was a joke . Station would never make money in that market .. we all know it’s been off the air for years not months .. one show off proof and Chris would have nothing to take back
