The title for Masterpiece Theatre should've been "The Six Wives of Henry VIII", one part for each wife.
I also forgot to put the title for the ABC Sunday Night Movie (Ch. 7 at 9:00), which was "The Bravos".

What is with kid's programming being randomly aired in the middle of religious shows in the 1970s? I saw it in an Indianapolis TV listing in 1977 and now this.

Here's an odd one. From some quick searching the ABA had no network contract in 1972 (CBS did air some postseason and All-Star games) so this must be syndicated. But Boston had no ABA team, and of course the established NBA Celtics would have hogged all the attention anyway. I don't understand WSBK's thinking.

Your questions are just as good as mine. I never knew about the ABA's lack of a network contract. What I've put down is from what's in the Boston Globe, as mentioned as my source.

The NHL likewise had no network contract later in the '70s, but had a syndicated package of Saturday games that aired in markets both with and without a team in the league.
