Sure like hearing those 1450 KNOT call letters at toh legal ID. Takes me back...
Family on my Dad's side had a summer home off Iron Springs Rd., spent a number of summers in Pres-kit growing up. In 1980, for example, there were only 3 local radio stations: KYCA, and KNOT AM/FM. KYCA was my favorite to listen at night, when they would play Top 40 hits after 7pm. KNOT-FM was automated Adult Contemporary. The AM side was syndicated MOR (The Entertainers), but seemed to change formats often. Now look at how many local signals there are! Takes me back...also.
