Philly's Favor 100.7- Fed from where?

Philly's Favor 100.7 (W264BH Mount Holly) seems to be still on the air (at least their social media and website/stream are still active). But they WERE being fed by WJBR-HD3, but that signal hasn't been on-air in a while. Radio-Locator never changed from saying they were to be fed by some feed of 106.9 WKVP. Anyone know what signal may be feeding Favor 100.7 these days?

According to the FCCdata.org database, as filed with the FCC, they are feeding WKVP as their primary as of 2/7/22. Radio-Locator is notoriously SLOOOOOOOOWWWWWW when it comes to updating their database. Even so, they usually don't unless someone reports and update to them at the bottom of any given search on their website. It's at best, an "ok" resource but certainly nothing to the tune of the gospel when it comes to data.

Much better is https://fccdata.org/ and I only use radio-locator as a quick reference. And the fccdata site administrator is a co-moderator here at radiodiscussions!

Isn't that what I noted above?
I was agreeing and reinforcing your point for others. There is a lot of reference to radio-locator here and many that think that the outer radio-locator contours mean anything useful.

Let's all support fccdata.org.

Gotcha, agreed! Between the 2 sites, no contest with FCCdata being far superior and functional!

It lists a lot of stations I do not get, even with my rooftop antenna!
I also don't see formats or stations websites .

I drove through Wilmington yesterday and there is definitely no WJBR-HD3, nor were there any other Philadelphia or Wilmington HD subchannels originating programming for Favor. Their legal ID just now only mentions W264BH, so they seemingly know they're not legal.

Sadly they're not alone as I know of translators in Austin, Milwaukee and elsewhere currently doing the same. But until someone properly notifies the FCC nothing will likely be done.

Could it be fed from an AM station or an HD out of the market?
There are so many translators that originate programming with impunity. Maybe someone will file an informal objection. I’m not a snitch

Hmmm, not sure if I can get that from here or not.
WLEV comes in, as does WZXL during tropo.
As far as Philly's Favor, since nobody reported that to the FCC, that shows you just how many people are even listening!
Then again even if they had a lot of people listening, unless you're in the biz or a radio geek, you'd never know it wasn't legal nor how to report it.

Yep I can get it, and they need an engineer.
This is the TOH as of 5:00 PM today.

And I picked 5:00 PM since I believe at 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM is when all translators would be mentioned.

They aren't even licensed to Philly😅. Another thing they are doing illegally.

It would have been awesome if W264BH could have been in Philly while Z88.9 was still a dance station. W264BH used to be in Mt Holly and translated Z88.9

Actually as a translator they are a secondary service wherein the COL is less important than that of a primary station where contours have to cover that COL with a certain signal strength/contour. So long as they ID at the (3) FCC mandated times daily, as W264BH Mount Holly then they would be in full compliance. Aside from that they could say they serve Saskatchewan and that would not be illegal but just a bit silly...

I'm pretty sure their ID during the three times is "W264BH Philadelphia" which would be illegal. I'll check tomorrow to see if that's how they ID.
