The Gray News Now branding is anything but illegal to have 2 competing networks in a same station or duopoly.

Weekday 5-7am, Saturday 6, and nightly 10pm are on both NBC and CBS.
Weekday noon, 5, and 6pm remain on NBC.
Weekday 5, and 6pm move to 4 and 6:30pm on CBS.
