What's on 95.9 FM in Portland?

The license application was filed today by EMF, but Air1 and K-Love are already on the air on better facilities.
There's also Radio Nueva Vida, K-Love 90s and K-Love 2000s fed via a KLVP HD subchannel.

Radio Nueva Vida has been on the 95.9 translator for years via KLVP-HD4. HD2 feeds Air 1's 92.7 translator. Gateway Creative Broadcasting's Christian Rhythmic "Boost Radio" is on KLVP-HD3 and 103.7 translator.

EMF' s paperwork is for the Tigard translator upgrade. The station was 19 watts when Woodburn had the co-channel LPFM. When PCUN turned in the license EMF saw an opportunity to upgrade to 80 watts. They have done so.

A full-power share-time station with a similar mission, KTUP Dallas 98.3, now carries Spanish programming eight hours a day.
