Sad that Radio Times on WHYY 90.9 FM has ended. It was a great show and discussed topics that listeners of the region was interested in.

Sad that Radio Times on WHYY 90.9 FM has ended. It was a great show and discussed topics that listeners of the region was interested in.

With any luck 1210 WPHT will pick it up. 1210’s current programming is awful and can’t last much longer.

The show had become synonymous with the host, so even retaining it on WHYY would be a tall order. Not impossible, sure, but understandable they chose not to go that route.

But no, there are greater odds I’ll grow my long-gone hair back by tomorrow than a show like that ever, ever ending up on a commercial talk station. I’m no fan of what they do there, but it’s just silly to think WPHT would remotely consider such a thing. Or that it would work.

Two completely different audiences. Plus as Marcos pointed out, Marty Moss-Coane is staying with WHYY.
