Hello All, listening last night in Northern Illinois and was hearing Fox Sports on 1090 when I normally would pick up KAAY. Just wondering what station this might be, and has KAAY now dropped their nighttime power to the proposed 80 watts?

@JJSPC @K6JHU its WAQE 1090 in Wisconsin stuck on after dark, again.

WAQE at 5kw isn't exactly a stranger when they "forget" to shut down at sunset.

KAAY is strong here in the Chicago area tonight (11/27). Still 50 kW at 6:20 p.m.

WBAL Baltimore is the station that I can pick up here in New York City. The reception is variable.

I think KAAY is 80 watts at night in name only. Considering Cumulus owns it and its proximity to Tunica, I wonder if any thought was given to it becoming a sports betting station.

WMC 790 In Memphis already has that format and is a lot closer.

But still, there must be some gamblers in Arkansas that might go there. The wiki says the Tunica casinos attract visitors from all over the SE US.
