The worst commercials in TV history..

Chief irritant among current spots has to be those for T Mobile where Donald Glover keeps sneaking up on Zach Braff....
My issue with that "Liberty Liberty Liberty, Liberty" jingle is that I keep waiting for a fifth "Liberty" that never comes.

Oh yeah, and "VOYAAAAAAAAvoyaaaaa..."

The new Car Shield spots. What the hell does a political statement (Thomas Paine's "If you're afraid to offend you can't be honest") have to do with a car coverage plan?

Bob King Kia/Honda/Mazda/Hyundai/Studebaker/Desoto, etc. here in NC. The announcer is so obnoxious I wanna punch him right in the face. "Not $30,000 like Toyota, $9(laughs like an idiot),998! withyourtradeWith the 100,000 mile warranty! With all this equipment! Heater, AM Radio...
You sold me at "AM radio" 😄

As I pursued this subject it occurred to me how many punch lines/slogans I recognized but could not identify the actual sponsor. I'd call those failed commercials.

Yep. Agreed. Tv ads today are somewhat off the mark. They are trying too hard for general better consumer response when in truth consumers already have decided.

This was not a worst commercial; but as I recall TV commercials of Orlando car dealer Art Grindle raising a commotion, jumping on the roof of cars. Didn't Art jump on the top of a rag-top convertible one time?

Sometimes a client is their best spokesperson. Mid-Atlantic area car dealer Jack Fitzgerald is blessed with the pipes for a voice over or voice acting career.

A couple of recent ones ....
Colace, "Push through a pineapple or two."
Xiaflex, "Bent carrot."

WAY too much information. :)

DirecTV's series of meshing two shows is silly enough but the spot meshing football with a housewives reality show is really obnoxious.
