A case of mixed up Jalapeños, or so it appears. I am fairly certain you can chalk this up to a clerical error. KKLF shares ownership and branding with San Antonio's KEDA.

It is "Wendolynn" Tellez as the applicant, however, so one never knows.
 
An amendment has now been filed with the corrected Community of License.

"Wendolyn" is not uncommon as a name, particularly in Central America but not unknown in Mexico. It's not a misspelling.

Then it';s been mis spelled multiple times on multiple applications... she appears to be connected to a laredo church too btw
