how much longer do they have until the Fox News viewers start dying off? (the viewers of the other cable news channels aren't much younger either)

You've answered your own question. Just as young people aren't the only liberals, old people aren't the only conservatives. And it's been observed for a long time that more young liberals start leaning conservative as they grow older than the other way around. So a right-wing news channel will always have viewers, and if there are still advertisers who will spend to reach those viewers, Fox News will continue to turn a profit.

The question is, will the percentages hold as they have in the past? Not that history doesn’t matter, but it can’t always be reliable to predict the future, especially regarding media consumption.

Depends if Fox keeps pushing conspiracy theories. The younger crowd won’t put up with that. They might age out of cable news in general in 30 years.
