What is the deal with WOSO? Did this station lose its license or is it somehow shambling along like a zombie?! It seems their last STA expired last year, but has this station really been on since 2014?!

They applied for a renewal of the STA, and they broadcast via a wire hanging off a balcony of a condo in the Condado and operate a limited schedule. The directional antenna site above Bayamón is now an assisted living facility for disabled older folks. No towers, no DA tuning, no 10 kw transmitter. All the gear was stolen when they were evicted from the site.
