Huh? You would have had to be quite the DX'er to log all these stations from Burlington.

WNHV (AM & FM): White River Jct.
WTWN: St. Johnsbury
WBTN: Bennington
WTSA & WKVT: Brattleboro
WVTC: 10W college station in Randolph
WSRS: Worcester, Mass.

WFAD (Middlebury) and WIKE (Newport) would be a pretty good catch too.

The paper only listed calls and format, but not location...hence my using Burlington/Vermont in the title.
Well, in that case they missed a few. WCFR (Springfield) and WHWB (Rutland) immediately come to mind. Wasn't there a 2nd station in Bennington too? Some listed were licensed to cities in neighboring states; WKDR & WIRY (Plattsburgh, N.Y. [but probably served Burlington]) and WTSL (Hanover, N.H. [likely not]). Again, lots of other stations audible in parts of Vt. but in neighboring states were not included.

Just seems like sloppy journalism unless there was some attached article to this listing you didn't mention.

I posted what was published...sounds like a case of someone not keeping listings up-to-date.

What was the 92.9 format for "wall to wall"?

Bennington didn't have a second station until the very late 1970's....It was 94.3-WHGC. 1370-WBTN had been around since 1953...
