Just checked & it seems like they don't have audio & video yet.
As of around 10:30AM CDT, it is now live on KMBC-TV, Ch. 9.4.

At my parents house their digital Antenna doesn't picked it up yet same with like KGKC-LD and so on low power one.
I can't pick it up either
It appears that KMBC is having technical problemss, possibly an encoder issue, as I can detect the channel on my HDHomerun tuners but get a "Video Unavailable" message when I view the channel in VLC media player.

The other KMBC channels come in fine for me, it’s just that one that doesn’t.
