I'm in town and noticed that the 97.5 translator (W248AH) is back up playing smooth jazz. Not sure when this happened. (Been a year since i've been here). I noticed 94.7 WWEZ-LP is still off. What is the originating station? Radio Locator shows it's rebroadcasting Wave 104.1, which is definitely not the case since Wave 104.1 isn't running HD. I'm having trouble receiving 97.5 in my room at SSI so i'm not able to catch a legal ID.

Savannah/Brunswick 97.5 Brunswick?

The primary for 97.5 is WWEZ LP.
apparnetly WWEZ is headed by Graham Brock, one part of the legendary Graham Brock engineering firm and the translator is owned by Graham's wife
That's what I originally thought, but WWEZ-LP has been off air for the past 2 years I've been here. Also no signs of an antenna in the spot they are supposed to be broadcast from.

I see that as well. WWEZ-LP has been off for at least 2 years though, so i'm not sure why 97.5 is up and running with this new format. In fact 97.5 was on last time I was in town (1 year ago) running dead air. I'm gonna attempt to catch a legal ID before I head out of town.
I'm rather surprised there's an LPFM on 97.5, as Savannah's 97.3 comes in quite well there.
