KSUE-AM in Susanville, CA

I am curious to know if Gary Katz--former owner of multiple facilities in Chico--owner of KSUE-AM and KSUE-FM in Susanville, California.
 
Considering the town KSUE serves, absolutely perfect call letters, the shortened version of the name Susan. On-air, do they call themselves K-SUE?

Considering the number of spots on KCBS for personal injury lawyers, tax lawyers, Employee Retention Credit facilitators, etc., I think I know a good home for those call letters if the Susanville operation ever decided to give them up.
