The shows changing networks thread

What production company owns 911.

Disney's 20th Television owns 911.

However the show 911 was originally owned and produced by Fox back when 20th Television was under Fox ownership.

Even happened with game shows. Family Feud, with Richard Dawson, aired on ABC from 1976 until 1985. It relaunched with Ray Combs in 1988 on CBS. That lasted until 1994, when it went full syndication, with no daytime or prime time version. The syndication only version was, again, hosted by Dawson. Louie Anderson hosted Family Feud aired on yet another network, Pax-TV/ion television. Taking things full circle, the Sunday night primetime version and/or specials with Steve Harvey airs on ABC.

Game show reboots have moved all over, and some certainly moved in the midst of the run without a pause. Wheel of Fortune moved twice, not that anyone was watching at that point. Pyramid moved, then the daily network reboot years later was back on CBS.

Futurama moved from Fox to Comedy Central to now Hulu. It barely airs on Comedy Central as reruns....only twice a week at 6 a.m. on Sundays.

Didn't "In the Heat of the Night" move from NBC to CBS, and "Matlock" from NBC to ABC in the 90s? IIRC, it was an attempt by NBC to purge itself of older-skewing shows.

It seems like "Forever Knight" started off on CBS but moved to the USA Network after The David Letterman Show displaced CBS' Crimetime After Primetime lineup in '93.

And "It's a Living" (with Ann Jillian) spent its first year on one of the Big 3 before spending several more years in first-run syndication.

Other shows I can remember moving from network to network or cable :

Sightings also moved from Fox to Sci-Fi.
Sliders From Fox to Sci-Fi.
The Hogan Family from NBC to CBS.
Webster from ABC to Syndication.
The Jetsons from ABC to Syndication.(with a big jump in years also)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from Syndication to CBS.
Something So Right from NBC to ABC.
Tiny Toon Adventures (Pilot on CBS) Syndication to Fox.
Masked Rider Fox to Syndication.
Temptation Island Fox to USA (but with a jump in years)
Farmer Wants a Wife from The CW to Fox (another jump in years)
American Idol Fox to ABC.
WWF/WWE Monday Night Raw from USA to TNN/Spike back to USA.

There's probably a lot more but that's all I can think of at the moment

Grounded for Life, which premiered on January 10, 2001, as a midseason replacement on Fox, aired its first two seasons on that network before moving to The WB for the remainder of its run.

Also I don't know If this counts but Crossing Over with John Edward started on the Sci-Fi Channel then aired on Sci-fi and Syndication at the same time.

Thank you I knew I was missing some others but my mind couldn't think of them at the moment.

Here are some shows from the Golden Age of Television that switched networks:

The Lawrence Welk Show - began airing locally on Los Angeles' KTLA, before going nationwide on ABC and ending on syndication.
The Danny Thomas Show - first ran on ABC as Make Room for Daddy during its first three seasons and moved to CBS.
Pantomime Quiz - like The Lawrence Welk Show it began on KTLA, then on CBS, followed by NBC, later on DuMont and finally on ABC, becoming one of the few shows to air on all four networks during that period.
