Stations that has carried Dr. Phil since the beginning to 2023.

KIMA Yakima, KEPR Pasco, KLEW Lewiston. Also, KING 5 in Seattle, paired up with sister Oprah Winfrey for quite a while, then moved around so Ellen DeGeneres could go from 11am to 3pm.
 
KRQE in Albuquerque has.
 
I'm fairly certain WPBN/WTOM has aired Dr. Phil since the beginning. It used to air before Oprah, then it moved into the former Oprah slot when that show went off.
 
Know It All DR. Phil has always been on WWMT first at 10AM then moved to 3PM in 2005 when WWMT took Ellen which was on at 10AM which surprised me WWMT got Ellen took it from WOOD TV which got it back in 2008 until it ended last year. And DR. Phil took over Oprah 4PM timeslot in fall 2011.
 
WSOC…but they are dropping it May 29 according to zap2it and it will only be on sister station WAXN at 10am.

It started at 10am then moved to 3pm then to 4pm when Dr. Oz moved to WJZY in 2014.
