GPB ousts Bill Nigut, cancels ‘Political Rewind’ show
In a surprise move, Georgia Public Broadcasting announced Friday the cancellation of the long-running “Political Rewind” show and podcast and the ouster of its veteran host, Bill Nigut.

After a $1.4 mil. budget reduction with only a vague excuse of "choosing winners", it is obvious. Nigut was a sane voice in Georgia politics that continued to shine a light on the cult known as Trump. Can't let the truth get in the way of the thirst for power.
This is very disappointing. With the exception of Jazz Classics on WABE, this was the only local public radio show I found worth listening to.
Apparently it is still airing on both 9am and 2pm
According to the article at the top of this thread: "The show, and Nigut’s tenure at GPB, ends on June 30."
Which means he only has 5 shows left.
